Julie Ann has spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of trauma, organizational health, and institutional accountability. This body of work is recognized through different terms like trauma-informed organizational development, compassion fatigue mitigation, healing-centered practice, and institutional courage, but it is rooted in a single belief: you cannot build a healthy organization on an unhealthy foundation, and you cannot sustain mission-driven work without caring for the people doing it.
